Vegetables and Side Dishes

Alaska has such a short growing season but the long days seem to make up for that. Vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower grow perfect with the cool soil and weather here. With the help of a greenhouse we can grow some outstanding tomatoes, peppers, even eggplant.
