1 pt. Salmon
1/4 C. chopped green onion
1 T. chopped chives
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
6 to 8 oz cream cheese2 C. milk
1 C. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 t. salt
Heat oven to 375. Grease pie plate (10 x 1-1/2 in deep). Place
salmon, cheese, onions, and chives in pie plate. Beat milk,
Bisquick, eggs and salt for 15 seconds in blender. Pour over
ingredients in pie plate and bake until toothpick comes out
clean. (35 to 40 min.) Cool 5 minutes before slicing. |
