Linguini With Clam Sauce

 

 

Cooked clams with juice or 1 can chopped clams
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup onion
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons sweet basil
salt to taste
linguini pasta
Parmesan cheese

In frying pan heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook till transparent. Add chopped clams and juice, herbs and salt. Simmer. Cook pasta as directed. Drain and toss with sauce and parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
